I have been going to this clinic for over 50 years since Dr. Russel retired I had to find a new dentist as I was treated rudely they did additional work that I didn’t need and my insurance didn’t cover and was never told just did it and got a large bill. I quickly found a dentist and I am very happy with them. Needless to say Midwest dental is no longer my go to dental office.

Went in for routine cleaning, but my new hygienist name Jenny, was so very friendly, professional and supper gentle with my mouth, which is something I can’t say about some dental hygienist I’ve encountered. because my gums are very sensitive and she really did a great job of removed all the tartar and stain on my teeth. I can said this is the best cleaning I’ve ever had in my life. Thank you for taking such good care of my teeth and making it a great visit!!

the people who work here are angels. Was in a pretty bad accident this weekend and have no family in Minnesota and came in with a lot of pain, afraid and worried and was squeezed in and truly taken care of. Everyone from the front desk, dental assistant, and Doctor are truly the kindest health professionals I have ever met. they made me feel so comfortable through the whole procedure and were so kind I became emotional after the appointment of just how amazing my experience was.

The only reason I have to go to this place is because it's the only place that's supposedly fully covered by my insurance. But then I get bills for questionable procedures that I do not agree to, and would not have agreed to had I known that they were not fully covered by my insurance. This place has gone downhill so, so much over the last few years, and I feel like I'm absolutely, totally stuck with the crummy service that they offer.

Dr. Stockton and his assistant Carol are amazing. I needed them to adjust my bite on my front teeth because I had worn them down a bit. They quickly made everything fit right and smooth. Also, while I was there, I casually voiced a concern about a discoloration on one of my front teeth and Dr. Stockton made it look new! I feel like I have new teeth and I'm thrilled. Lastly, everyone on staff there is wonderful... Very informative and take the time to answer all of your questions. This place is the best.

This place used to be fine, but I'm done with it. I can't remember the last time they actually kept an appointment that I had made with them. I'm sick of constantly having to juggle my schedule to accommodate their staffing shortcomings. Additionally, it's frustrating when to be sitting in the exam room waiting to receive treatment, only to hear multiple staff members hanging out and gossiping in the adjacent room without attending to patients. Save yourself frustration and spend your time dealing with a more professional practice.

If the dentist says you need deep cleaning every 3 months, go to an independent dentist for a second opinion! I was suddenly told I needed the additional cleaning, but I don't need it. This office was great when Dr Russell was here. Unfortunately, I no longer trust Dr Khatoon.

I cannot express how great of a dentist visit this was. I slept past my alarm and they still squeezed me in at the beginning of the day when I was 20 minutes late for my first appointment. Carol was a GREAT dental hygienist and Dr. Khatoon did fabulous as well! They worked great together and I have never been to the dentist where they worked so closely and so seamlessly together! They made me laugh and told me the best way to take care of my teeth. They made jokes and told me things straight up. I dread going to the dentist and I am actually looking forward to my 6 month check up with them. Cannot recommend enough! I would give them 6 stars if I could.

After going to the same dentist for years, I tried Midwest dental. Carey my hygienist was very thorough and knowledgeable and caught the beginning stages of gum disease that my regular dentist had not found or treated. I had been for a cleaning less than a month before. I was given a treatment plan and lots of helpful tips. Dr. Khatoon and Carol her assistant also were efficient, personable and caring When I had them replace all my metal fillings in one visit. Thank you to the great staff for great jobs well done

I have been going to Russel Dental for years and was very happy with the care. Recently Russel Dental was sold to Midwest Dental and service and billing practices have declined significantly. Beware of the hygienist who recommends unnecessary services and codes for service she does not provide. You may get surprise bills like me. I was a loyal patient of Russel Dental and sadly I had to switch dentists for fear of being ripped off. Very disappointed!

So I hadn't been to the dentist in about 8 years, and had a severe tooth ache. Turns out I needed a root canal. Bummer right? I was really nervous about my impending doom, but Dr. Russell was truly caring. He took time walking me through the process before starting. During the procedure he put me at ease by asking every few minutes if I was doing alright. What I thought was going to be a awful experience, turned out to be alright. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Russell and his team of great people!
