Dr. Balski has been my dentist for over 20yrs. I love her, she is a fabulous Dentist. I just went to Dr. mark paly, same office, I was scared, he took my tooth out, no pain, next few days, no swelling, no black & blue, again, no pain.. He is fabulous too. This office treats their patients like royalty!

I couldn't thank Merit Dental enough for the wonderful experience I had during my first visit there. The receptionists are both friendly and welcoming. I have never had a dentist as patient as Dr. Paly. He spent as much time needed to adjust my partial. Rachel, the dental assistant is very professional and personable. She did the finishing touches on my partial. Claudia the dental hygienist made me feel comfortable. She's nice and did a thorough job.

Dr. Balski is the best dentist I’ve ever been to absolutely love her. The office staff and billing experiences have something to be desired. Since they became Merit billing has been atrocious where their estimates aren’t ever close. Call the insurance company they said the office is billing incorrectly with the dual insurance we have. Then the topper is I had an appointment but because they tried to get ahold of me and I didn’t answer they gave my appointment I set up 6 months ago away. If my phone is lost or down (waiting for replacement) how do I know they were trying to get ahold of me. I’ve never had appointment for any of my doctors away because I didn’t answer a phone call.

Called merit dental this morning trying to find someone to handle my dental emergency....talked to the office staff and they actually got me in at 11, needed a tooth extraction, Dr paly and his staff were amazing! They explained everything that needed to be done and out of pocket cost thoroughly....I'll be making the switch to start seeing them regularly.... thanks again!!

It is always a pleasure coming here. Did I just say that about going to the dentist? YES I DID! Dr. Balski is fantastic. Absolutely love Christine (Hygienist) as well. All the staff make me feel so welcome and comfortable. I have had cleaning, x-rays, fillings, etc. done. At other dental offices, I have had billing and cost issues, but never here. I wouldn't change a thing about how they operate! Thank you!

Dr. Brian is absolutely the best. He makes the dental experience of one ease and comfort.. I dont ever mind going to the dentist when I am in his hands. Dr. Brian is honest and up front.. explaining things as he goes to ensure you have a complete understanding of what is going on and happy to answer any questions in detail and laymen terms. a very reliable and knowledgeable dr. with a great sense of humor to make the 6 month trip to the dentist one to look forward to!
