Dr. Gillingham's pain control is superb, the topical numbing along with his technique made the pain medication injection absolutely painless. I appreciate Dr. Gillingham, Natalie, and Deb giving me the information I needed during my recent treatment. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Schaefer has treated me also and I was very satisfied with his care. I rate the dental care I have received at Midwest Dental Watertown very highly and would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Was told I was covered by insurance, paid the price of an insured person, and got a bill months after the fact saying I was never covered. They took ZERO responsibility for their error and wouldn't even offer a discount. Definitely going to Family Dental Practice in Watertown here on out. Their staff is actually helpful and they have no intention of ripping you off!

I broke my tooth on Monday night. Of course no offices had a Dr in. However Midwest said they would see what they could do on Tues morning and they did just that! They were able to work me in. They did a temp fix and was going to have me back the next day. Shortly after lunch they called me and had me to come back some one didn't show up and they were able to get me in and fix that tooth. I was treated so well. Kind, gentle and very caring and very informative if what they were going to do. Very glad that they were there for me and we will be using them in the future. As we have just moved to town. Thankful for such a great office.

Nice staff. Pricing was average for a dentist (which, of course, is expensive). Wish they had more to offer those without insurance, but it is what it is. Parking lot is super tiny (hard to maneuver if you’re anything larger than a compact car). This is a decent local place, but I’m apprehensive on the age of one of their dentists (too young). I’m seeking a second opinion only to have someone with more experience look at my scans.

Dr. Joe provided excellent dental work in the chair. Moved in Watertown and had to find a new Dentist. Midwest accepted my insurance (other Dental offices did not) plus they offered a annual discount program for the family. First exam, cleaning and x-ray were covered by insurance. Fillings required were not covered by my insurance. The work was discounted after purchasing the annual discount family plan. This plan made the dental work cost competitive and affordable.
